Human Readable Terms of Service

 

A.In Reference to MobilWerX, we have no malicious intent, no patents, no ip to battle with and if you felt we stole something of yours, you are probably a patent troll and should just get a life. Suing us would cost more than we will probably ever be worth!

B.For Script Kitty:

  1. If you run a script as root on your server and break something, don’t sue us, it’s not our fault. Test your scripts first.
  2. If you run a script as root on your other system and break something, don’t blame us, blame your scripts!
  3. If you have a problem connecting to a server or some other app related problem you think is our fault, Open A Support Ticket! Don’t just cry on the Market without ever giving us a chance to help or enhance. It’s not humanly possible for us to test our app on every phone, rom, and server configuration. If you want us to test with ever phone, rom, and server configuration, forward your billing information and we will get started buying one of each!
  4. If you run a script as root on your server and break something…wait we said that.

 

C. For Synkron:

  1. We have no desire to hack your accounts, peak at your pron online, or pilpher your WoW bank account, so we wont be harvesting data.
  2. We pinky swear we won’t do anything in clause 1.
  3. We will make every attempt to maintain high availability for all service, but outages do happen, and we make no guarantee that the server will be available 100% of the time. We are personally shooting for 99.3141592653% of the time.
  4. For goodness sake, do us a favor and don’t try to sync core system settings like Market configurations with Synkron, it just won’t turn out well for you. It might work, but there be dragons ahead.
  5. In order to do the appropriate checks and validations, Synkron will kill a running service before syncing the configs, so make sure you don’t have an app unsaved you try to snc. We will not be liable for any lost data during a sync.
  6. We are not a full-time backup service, we will not be held liable for any lost data
  7. We will make all reasonable attempt to maintain a secure environment for our users, however, we HIGHLY advise that you never sync application containing highly secure data.
  8. We have no ability to identify or track user data, so we will not be held liable for lost data, and we can’t find it for you.
  9. If someone hacks your bank account, and you synced data, and you synced your bank apps config, and you think it’s our fault, see lines C1, C2, C3, C4, C6, C7 and C8.
  10. Anytime you mes around in root, bad things can happen, we make no guarantee that it’s impossible to destroy your phone, accidents happen, but everything has indeed been thoroughly tested.
